Forwarding to Tirza when you're with O2

Odido used to be T-Mobile. Still on an old T-Mobile bundle? This article works for you too — same network.

What you need

• Your mobile
• Your Tirza number (on your dashboard)

Step 1 — Choose your flavour

Forward everything: every caller goes to Tirza. Only when you don't pick up or are busy: your phone rings first — Tirza only takes over if you don't answer.

Step 2 — Tap in the code

Forward everything:

**21*[tirza-number]#

Only when you don't pick up or are busy:

**61*[tirza-number]*11*30#

Press the green call button. You'll see a confirmation message on screen.

Step 3 — Via the Odido app (alternative)

Prefer tapping over typing codes? No problem:

1. Open the Odido app on your phone
2. Go to My subscription → Settings
3. Choose Call forwarding
4. Enter the Tirza number
5. Choose "Always" or "When I don't answer / busy"
6. Tap Save

Step 4 — Test

Have someone ring you. Or use the test call button on your dashboard.

## Problems?

**"Code rejected"**
On Odido sometimes needed: pop your phone into airplane mode and back. That re-registers it on the network. Then try the code again.

**"It just won't work"**
Check you've typed the Tirza number exactly right. One digit off = forwarding won't work. Copy it from the email, don't type it from memory.
