One short code — same as turning on voicemail

Dial **61# once and Tirza answers when you miss the call. Or **21# and she answers everything. Turn it back off any time with ##002#. Works on EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, Eir — same code on every UK and Irish network.

One summary text at 6pm every day

"Today: 4 calls, 2 appointments, 1 callback. Reply LIVE/PAUSE." That's it. You always know what happened today, even if you never logged in.

We catch problems before you do

If a call doesn't go right, you know within 10 minutes

Caller hung up confused, line dropped, anything unusual? You get a text: caller's number saved, we're already looking at it. You ring them back, problem fixed. No silent gaps.

Voice quality — we keep it sounding right

We watch every call for early hang-ups. If callers start dropping off in the first 10 seconds, we switch to a backup voice automatically and email you so you know. You never lose calls quietly.

Google Calendar — checked every day

Google sometimes signs you out. We check daily; if your link breaks, you get a one-tap re-connect email and Tirza takes callback notes until it's back. Never a missed appointment from a logged-out calendar.

Test call required before going live

You have to call Tirza yourself once before she goes live. Prevents the "oops, call forwarding wasn't set up right" moment.

When in doubt, callback note — never a wrong booking

Two failed attempts to understand? Tirza stops trying and takes a callback note. Better a friendly 'I'll have someone ring you back' than a wrong appointment in your calendar.

Safe — no surprise bills, no abuse

Spam list: robocalls blocked

International spam and known robot numbers are blocked before Tirza picks up.

Country whitelist

Only callers from your countries get through (UK + Ireland in Phase 1; we add markets as we open them). Spam from outside your zone never reaches Tirza, never costs you a penny.

Max 5 minutes per call · max 3 calls/day per caller

No endless calls. Same caller can't call back-to-back to run up your bill — limit is 3 in 24 hours.

Hard cap £15 / €15 a month — callers never hear silence

Tirza warns you at 80% of your plan, again at 100%. At the cap, Tirza takes callback requests instead — your callers still hear 'we'll ring you back', never silence. Need extras? Buy a 5-pack (£4.45 / €4.45) or 10-pack (£8.90 / €8.90) of extra appointments any time.

Built in Europe — core data in EU

Your business profile, calendar bookings, transcripts and the audit log live in Frankfurt (EU). Live voice + AI processing transits SCC-protected US partners (Retell, ElevenLabs, Anthropic) — full breakdown on /subprocessors. Recordings auto-deleted after 30 days (Solo) or 90 days (Pro).
