Forwarding to Tirza when you're with Eir or GoMo (Ireland)

Whether you're with Proximus, Telenet or Orange BE: the approach is broadly the same. Below, the steps per network.

First: what you need

• Your Belgian mobile
• Your Tirza number (on your dashboard)

Proximus

Step 1 — Tap in the code

Forward everything:

Step 2 — Via MyProximus (alternative)

In the MyProximus app: My subscription → Options → Call forwarding. Enter the Tirza number and confirm.

### Step 1 — Tap in the code

### Step 2 — Via My Telenet (alternative)

In the **My Telenet app**: Mobile → Settings → Call forwarding. Enter the Tirza number.

> **Heads up for Telenet:** on some older Base bundles, forwarding needs to be enabled by customer service first. Call 15 (free from your Telenet mobile) and ask: "Can you activate call forwarding on my number?"

Orange BE

Step 1 — Tap in the code

In the My Orange app: My products → Options → Call forwarding.

Have someone ring you, or use the test call button on your dashboard.

## Good to know for Belgium

**Is the Tirza number a Dutch one?** That's fine. Belgian networks can forward to foreign numbers, within the EU too. Your bundle has to support it (most bundles do by default).

**Costs?** On most contracts, forwarding within the EU is free. On prepaid there can be a small charge (€0.05-0.15 per minute of forwarded call) — check your bundle if you're unsure.

**Clients who speak Dutch and French?** Tirza speaks Dutch for now. French-speaking callers get a callback request; you ring them back yourself. A French version is on the way.

## Problems?

**"Code not accepted"**
Check the Tirza number is complete: `+31` followed by the number, no spaces. On Belgian networks the country code is sometimes required.

Example: instead of `020-1234567` try `+31201234567`.

**"Doesn't work while roaming"**
Outside Belgium forwarding usually works, but not always when roaming outside the EU. Stay within NL/BE/EU to be safe.
