Pause Tirza or cancel your subscription

You're in charge of Tirza. Pausing and cancelling are always front and centre, never buried. Both explained below.

Pausing for a bit (holiday, illness, parental leave)

Step 1 โ€” Go to your dashboard

Log in. At the top of your dashboard sits a big switch saying Tirza is on.

Step 2 โ€” Flip it off

Click the switch. It goes grey and says Tirza is off.

From that moment:

  • Tirza picks up no calls
  • Callers get your normal voicemail or the phone keeps ringing (depending on your forwarding setting)
  • You keep paying โ€” pausing is for holidays, not to save money

Step 3 โ€” Back on

Back from holiday? Click the switch โ†’ Tirza is on again. No new test call needed, everything stays as you had it.

What happens to appointments already booked?

Nothing. They stay in your Google Calendar. Only new calls won't be picked up.

Cancelling for good

How quickly does it work?

  • Cancellation request is processed immediately
  • You keep access to Tirza until the end of your billing period
  • After that everything stops: no forwarding, no new bookings

Step 1 โ€” Go to Subscription

Dashboard โ†’ Settings โ†’ Subscription.

Step 2 โ€” Click Cancel

Right at the bottom of the page: Cancel subscription. Click it.

Step 3 โ€” Tell us why (optional)

A short question comes up: why are you cancelling? You can pick from:

  • Not enough clients ringing
  • Not happy with how Tirza works
  • Too expensive
  • I'm closing the business
  • Other

Your answer helps us improve. Feel free to skip it.

Step 4 โ€” Confirm

Click Yes, cancel. You'll get a confirmation email. Done.

What happens to my data?

This matters, so plainly and honestly:

Right after cancellation:

  • Tirza picks up no more calls (after end of billing period)
  • Your forwarding still runs, but lands on a friendly message

30 days after end of subscription:

  • All your personal data is deleted (call recordings, transcripts, client numbers)
  • Your dashboard account stays, in case you come back

90 days after end:

  • Everything is permanently deleted โ€” dashboard account too
  • You get an email saying so, 14 days before the deletion

Want your data sooner? Email hello@tirza.ai with "Export my data" โ€” you'll get a ZIP within 7 days.

Want everything wiped straight away (right to be forgotten)? Email hello@tirza.ai too. Sorted within 30 days.

Changed my mind โ€” can I come back?

Yes, within 90 days. Log in with the same email address, pick a plan, we'll restore your profile as it was. Redo the forwarding code and test call, and beyond that: everything as before.

Problems?

"The ON/OFF switch isn't there" Log out and back in. Sometimes your browser has cached old pages.

"I still got this month's invoice after cancelling" That's correct. You pay the current month out. From next month it stops. Seeing a double charge? Email hello@tirza.ai with a screenshot.
